Welcome to LinkSync! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully as they govern your use of the LinkSync application (“App”) and any associated services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LinkSync, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. License and Usage

LinkSync grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, reproduce, or distribute the App beyond the intended use violates this license.

3. Features of LinkSync

LinkSync is designed to help users organize and manage tasks, countdown events, and securely store sensitive information, such as usernames and passwords. Key features include:

• To-Do List Management: Create, update, and delete to-do items, set reminders, and organize daily tasks.
• Countdown Tracker: Set and track countdowns for important events.
• Password Protector: Securely store login information for added privacy.
• Dark Mode: Option for dark theme for user preference.
• Offline Functionality: Use the app without an internet connection.
• Local Data Storage: All data is stored locally on your device, and LinkSync does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to external servers.

4. Privacy and Data Security

LinkSync prioritizes the privacy and security of user data. All data you enter in the App is stored locally on your device. We do not share, store, or back up any of your data. Users are responsible for backing up their own data if needed. LinkSync is not responsible for any data loss that occurs due to device failure, uninstallation, or app updates.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your device secure and ensuring unauthorized individuals do not gain access to sensitive information saved within the App. LinkSync does not offer recovery options for lost passwords stored within the Password Protector.

6. Limitation of Liability

LinkSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including data loss.

7. Prohibited Actions

Users must not:

• Misuse the App in any way that may interfere with its functionality.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App.
• Use the App in any way that could harm other users or LinkSync’s reputation.

8. Updates and Modifications

LinkSync may release updates, modifications, or improvements to the App from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device, or you may need to download them manually. By continuing to use the App after such updates, you accept any modifications to these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LinkSync if you breach any part of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App and delete any copies on your device.
